Greet them with a Kiss!

Our prophet (pbuh) greeted children by kissing them on forehead. As soon as his daughter Fatima would come to his house or any gathering he’d get up , greet her and kiss on forehead and hands. And she would do the same.
Today, researchers say kiss in forehead means respect. These little kids are our future and no one can love them like parents. Then, why do we want to discipline them more than love?
When my daughter was a baby I would shower her with so many kisses and hugs but today I hardly get a chance. I often think and wonder will she be embarrassed later on? I hope not.

About Us

I wanted my 5 year old to stay connected to the true Islamic values and stories. I would get interesting books and toys shipped from various vendors across the globe. When I saw how much she loved these products, I decided to spread this around in our communities living in the west. is my attempt to "Connect our kids to Islam"
